“Accept that you deserve more than painful love. Life is moving; the healthiest thing for your heart is to move with it.” — Rupi Kaur
Hi, I’m Alessandra, a second-generation Haitian, trauma and stroke survivor, cycling instructor, avid lifter, rookie cosplayer, and proud mom to a spirited six-year-old and three fur babies. As a therapist, I bring lived experience, resilience, and heart to every session. Whether you’re navigating trauma, exploring medication, or just need someone in your corner, I’m here to support you with care, strength, and understanding.
I speak Haitian Creole and bring a deep awareness of cultural identity, resilience, and healing to my work. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based, creating an open and affirming space for people from all walks of life. My goal is simple: to make sure you feel safe, seen, and supported as you take your next step forward. I work with individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, and mental health challenges including those exploring holistic and integrative healing approaches.
I’m especially passionate about supporting:
✔️ People healing from complex or generational trauma
✔️ Members of the Haitian and immigrant communities
✔️Black clients navigating body image and identity
✔️ Individuals exploring Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching
✔️ Parents and caregivers balancing healing with family life
✔️ Anyone seeking an affirming, culturally grounded space for self-expression and recovery
